Service Description

The Enneagram is an incredible tool that helps us to identify, not only our strengths and weaknesses, but also why we feel what we feel, think what we think, and do what we do. I provide group speaking, team coaching, and individual typing sessions: My 1 hour Intro to the Enneagram talk gives an overview of how the Enneagram works and how embracing the hope of Jesus allows each type to live and lead with purpose. My 3+ hour Leadership & Team Coaching unpacks the basics of the Enneagram, as well as how to cultivate a healthy team culture, reduce burnout, and maximize each type's strengths to help the ministry reach its full potential. I provide individual typing sessions as an add-on if members on your team have not yet been typed.
